Summary about role:

HR Operations Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, process standardization, data accuracy, compliance, and seamless employee experience across the employee lifecycle. The role supports HR transformation, automation, and governance while acting as a key link between HR, Payroll, Finance, and business stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:


  • Manage & Responsible end-to-end employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, induction, documentation, confirmation, transfers, and separations etc
  • Ensure timely completion of background verification, vendor onboarding, and statutory documentation
  • Ensure all employee records, master data, and personnel files are maintained accurately in HR systems and repositories
  • Oversee issuance of employee letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, experience, etc.)
  • To conduct new joinee induction session on HR policies, completion of joining kits with required documentation.
  • Complete all the employee’s personal files and process documentation in line with requirement of the HR compliance framework
  • Maintain and audit HRIS data integrity and compliance
  • Generate HR dashboards and operational MIS reports
  • Workday Support & communication and timely employee record maintenance
  • Coordinate with Payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll inputs
  • Validate employee data, new joiners, exits, and salary revisions before payroll closure
  • Act as SPOC for employee queries related to HR operations and policies
  • Support communication and implementation of HR initiatives
  • Support POSH, policy rollouts, and HR governance initiatives.

  • Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
  • Top Skills & Proficiencies:
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, documentation, and compliance
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Process-driven mindset with focus on automation and efficiency
  • Proficiency in HRIS, Excel, and reporting tools
  • Good understanding of payroll inputs and statutory requirements
  • 6–10 years of experience in HR Operations / Shared Services / HR Generalist role
  • Strong experience in employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, and HR systems
  • Preference: Exposure of Workday HRIS
  • The candidate should have and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be familiar with the tools and skills required for undertaking HR shared services/Operations activities.
