•  Handle moderately complex HR transactions and employee or manager queries, escalating exceptions or policy-sensitive matters through the appropriate channels when required.

•  Perform data validation, reconciliations, quality checks, and audit-support activities to maintain HR data accuracy and compliance.

•  Support system enhancements, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation of HR technology or process changes.

•  Experience in HR master data management and maintaining accurate employee records.

•  Strong employee-service and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels.

•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•  Strong attention to detail, problem-solving capability, and commitment to data accuracy and quality.

•  Ability to analyze operational issues, follow defined procedures and controls, and resolve or escalate issues appropriately.

•  Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and meet defined deadlines and SLAs.

•  Ability to work independently within established guidelines while collaborating effectively in a team environment.

•  Experience supporting stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones.

•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
