HR Intern

About The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to learn and contribute across different HR functions. This internship offers hands on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.
• Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules.
• Support the onboarding and documentation process for new hires.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Help prepare HR letters, policies, and other documentation.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Assist with attendance, leave, and HRMS-related tasks.
• Handle ad hoc HR projects assigned.
  
  

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Organized, detail oriented, and willing to learn.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast paced environment.
