Position: HR Executive

Location: Gurugram

️ Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Experience Required: 2-5 year

Payroll & Statutory Compliance

  • Coordinate with the payroll and accounts teams to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
  • Maintain accurate payroll and statutory records.
  • Assist with monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, deductions, and employee changes.
  • Handle employee queries related to payroll, PF, UAN, ESIC, leave, bonus, gratuity, and other payroll matters.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and MIS for management.

PF & ESIC

  • Manage PF processes including UAN generation, employee registration, and proper PF account linking.
  • Handle ESIC registration, employee enrollment, and related documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly PF and ESIC data and coordinate with the relevant teams for timely statutory compliance.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of PF, ESIC, and other statutory records.

Statutory Benefits & Labour Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements and maintain necessary HR documentation.
  • Manage Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) applicability, deductions, and compliance.
  • Calculate gratuity as per applicable statutory provisions.
  • Calculate and process employee bonus as per applicable rules and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records relating to statutory benefits, deductions, and employee entitlements.

Secondary Responsibilites

Recruitment & Hiring

  • Manage end to end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination. Having strong pharma connects is essential.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
  • Ensure timely completion of joining formalities and employee documentation.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and relieving letters.
  • Manage employee exit formalities, conduct exit interviews, and maintain separation records.

Employee Records & HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, personnel files, and statutory documentation.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, leave balances, approvals, and monthly leave reports.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, payroll, and other HR matters.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining company HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
