Google Cloud DevSecOps Engineer

About the role

Synthlane builds Google Cloud foundations for Google partners and their clients in North America, including public sector clients with strict security and data residency needs. You will design, secure and automate these environments end to end.

• You understand networking from first principles, and you can trace a problem from the application down to the packet.
  
• You design cloud environments that are secure by default and easy to audit.
  
• You automate everything you build, so others can maintain it.
  
• You debug methodically: you form a hypothesis, test it and narrow down the cause.
  
• You explain technical decisions clearly to clients and security reviewers.
  
• You take ownership, and you drive problems to a fix.
  

Experience and certification

• 3–10 years of hands-on Google Cloud experience. We value depth over years.
  
• At least one Professional Google Cloud certification.
  
• 6 hours of overlap with North American Eastern time.
