Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Management Consultant to join our rapidly growing Semiconductor Practice. In this role, you will work in collaborative project teams to advise leading companies across the entire semiconductor value chain—from integrated device manufacturers (IDMs) and foundries to fabless design houses, equipment providers (OEMs), and materials suppliers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Problem Solving & Analysis:
Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis of client data, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
Develop sophisticated financial models and business cases to support strategic recommendations.
Structure ambiguous problems, identify key value drivers, and develop clear, data-driven hypotheses.
Client Engagement & Delivery:
Work directly with client teams, from subject matter experts to senior executives, to gather information, build consensus, and drive implementation.
Develop and deliver compelling, C-suite level presentations and reports that communicate key findings and actionable recommendations.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders and co-create solutions.
Industry-Specific Advisory:
Advise on manufacturing and fab operations, including yield improvement, cycle time reduction, and capital expenditure (CapEx) strategy.
Develop strategies for supply chain optimization, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and footprint analysis to mitigate geopolitical risks.
Assess technology roadmaps, product portfolios, and R&D investment strategies in areas like advanced process nodes, compound semiconductors (SiC,GaN), and advanced packaging.
Support clients on M&A strategy, commercial due diligence, and post-merger integration within the semiconductor ecosystem.
Firm Contribution:
Contribute to the development of intellectual property and thought leadership on emerging trends in the semiconductor industry.
Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client relationship management.
