Job Summary

As an SAP SD – AATP Manager, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP SD solutions focused on Available-to-Promise (AATP) to improve order fulfillment accuracy, delivery reliability, and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with sales, supply chain, and logistics stakeholders to ensure real-time availability checks, seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA and other systems, and measurable improvements in order-to-cash performance. This role emphasizes driving business impact through digital sales and order fulfillment transformation.

Roles & Responsibilities (Business Impact Oriented)

• Lead end-to-end SAP SD – AATP implementations, upgrades, and transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with KPIs such as order fulfillment rate, delivery reliability, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with sales, supply chain, and logistics teams to translate business requirements into executable AATP processes and solutions.
• Drive business impact by improving promise accuracy, reducing order backlog, and optimizing inventory allocation.
• Define and optimize order-to-cash processes, including real-time availability checks, backorder processing, and alternative sourcing strategies.
• Provide strategic guidance on integration with SAP S/4HANA, TM/LE, APO, and other relevant systems to ensure end-to-end visibility and efficiency.
• Establish change management and governance frameworks to ensure adoption and realization of AATP-enabled benefits.
• Mentor and lead consulting teams to deliver high-quality solutions and build internal capability in sales and order fulfillment.
  
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must-Have: Expertise in SAP SD modules – Order Management, AATP, Pricing, and Delivery Processing.
• Strong ability to design and implement value-driven order fulfillment processes with measurable KPIs.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and legacy SD/APO systems for integration and transformation programs.
• Experience in advanced analytics, scenario planning, and order fulfillment optimization.
