We’re building self-healing voice agents for enterprise customer support within ixigo. The system has to know when it’s failing, why it’s failing, and how to fix itself before a human notices. This fellowship sits at the intelligence layer behind that work.

About the Role

We are looking for a Full-Stack Intern to work closely with our engineering, product, and CX teams and gain hands-on experience building and scaling our Voice AI stack.

You will contribute to projects across voice bots, agent assist tools, servicing dashboards, and backend infrastructure, while working with production systems and modern AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the architecture and development of the AI Voice Bot stack, including tools that allow internal teams to configure and manage voice bot flows.
• Work on queue and retry frameworks for call scheduling, including handling failures, retries, and prioritization across high call volumes.
• Contribute to voice call automation, helping improve fully-automated call rates while ensuring monitoring and observability.
• Assist in building and enhancing the Servicing Insights Dashboard, including backend data pipelines and frontend interfaces used by CX teams.
• Explore emerging Voice AI technologies and market trends and support the team in translating relevant research into improvements for internal tools.
• Follow strong engineering practices through documentation, code reviews, design discussions, testing, and technical planning.

What We're Looking For

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with strong programming fundamentals.
• Strong interest in full-stack engineering and building production systems.
• Interest or hands-on exposure to Voice AI systems for CX use cases.
• Understanding of queueing systems, retry mechanisms, and scheduling infrastructure.
• Exposure to deploying or working with services on Kubernetes/EKS.
• Experience building or contributing to dashboards or internal tools.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to take up tasks end-to-end with guidance from senior engineers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with CX, product, and engineering teams.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced engineering environment.
