About Extuent Technologies

Extuent Technologies is a technology company building innovative AI-driven enterprise solutions. As we prepare to launch a new AI-powered SaaS platform in the HR technology space, we are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Founding Sales Leader to drive our go-to-market strategy and build our sales function from the ground up.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to be the first sales leader for a high-growth AI SaaS business. You will be responsible for establishing the sales strategy, generating new business, and owning the complete sales lifecycle—from identifying opportunities to closing enterprise deals.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about building businesses, thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, and is excited by the challenge of creating something from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
• Own the complete sales lifecycle, including:
• Prospect identification
• Lead generation
• Customer engagement
• Product demonstrations
• Proposal development
• Commercial negotiations
• Deal closure
• Drive enterprise customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Build and nurture relationships with CXOs, CHROs, HR Leaders, Business Heads, and other senior decision-makers.
• Develop strategic partnerships and channel opportunities.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate revenue forecasts.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Leadership teams on product positioning, pricing, and market strategy.
• Represent Extuent Technologies at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences.
• Build, mentor, and lead the sales team as the business scales.

Desired Profile

• Experience in Enterprise B2B Sales.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience selling Enterprise SaaS, HR Tech, Recruitment Solutions, Staffing, RPO, BPO/BPM services, or other enterprise technology solutions.
• Strong experience in hunting for new business and managing enterprise sales cycles.
• Ability to engage confidently with C-level executives and senior business leaders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently in a startup environment.

Preferred Background

Candidates from organizations in HR Tech, Enterprise SaaS, Staffing, Recruitment, RPO, BPO/BPM, or Technology Consulting will be highly preferred.

Fresh graduates from premier institutes such as IIMs, XLRI, ISB, MDI, and other leading business schools, with a specialization in Human Resources, are also encouraged to apply.
