Role Description The Founders Office role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role supports the founders across strategic planning, project management, and day-to-day operations, ensuring key initiatives are executed efficiently. Responsibilities include conducting market and audience research, preparing presentations and reports, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and tracking progress on content and business projects. The person in this role may help refine content ideas, analyze performance metrics, support hiring processes, and assist with setting up workflows and systems. This position is ideal for someone comfortable working in a dynamic environment, handling multiple priorities, and working closely with leadership on high-impact decisions.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical and research abilities, with the capacity to synthesize information into clear insights and recommendations.
• Experience in project coordination or operations, including organizing tasks, managing timelines, and following up with stakeholders.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for creating presentations, reports, and concise updates for founders and teams.
• Comfort with basic business tools and productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, slide decks, task management platforms).
• Demonstrated interest in media, content, or storytelling that engages and inspires young audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, founder-led environment, with high ownership and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; backgrounds in business, communications, or humanities are beneficial but not mandatory.
• Prior experience in startups, consulting, or media organizations is an advantage but not a requirement.
