Job Description

Cvent is looking for a Floor Plan Designer with a strong aesthetic sense to work on the Cvent Social Tables tool as a base medium. The person will be responsible for a seamless, accurate, and efficient floor plan implementation as per client requirement over Cvent Social Tables CMS tool.

The person should have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to communicate with an internal project manager and comprehend client’s requirement

from the written communication, also have a zeal to perform in a

fast-paced environment and willingness to thrive for an award- winning career.

The Personnel Would Take Full Responsibilities To/for

  • Projects will encompass the entire Cvent Social Tables Platform, including (but not limited to): Floor Plan projects, Convert Projects, and Propose Projects
  • Responsible for
  • Drafting/tracing floor plans received from clients on the Cvent Social Tables CMS tool
  • Understanding/conceptualizing requirement via various communication channels (email, telephonic communication, verbal or recorded calls)
  • Working on Cvent Social Tables tool actively
  • Completing all projects assigned within their benchmarked turnaround timelines
  • Understanding expectations and prioritize work based on business needs and proactively communicate with Project Coordinators when projects are completed. Communication must include a visual summary of work completed for customer consumption
  • Quality checking of each project against received instructions to ensure completion and client satisfaction
  • Ensuring the best experience for our customer fits in with and contributes to the broader Cvent ecosystem of products
  • Customer-centric focus with a desire to generate high quality, custom work requirement from the written communication, also have a zeal to perform in a

fast-paced environment and willingness to thrive for an award- winning career.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Less than 6 months of experience in a fast-paced business environment
  • Bachelor’s degree is a must (Any Stream)
  • Preference will be given to AutoCAD experienced candidates
  • Candidates graduated in 2024/2025 are preferred.

Compensation: 4 Lacs Per Annum

Work Days

  • Five days a week (Monday to Friday) and sometime over the weekends as per business needs.
  • Off on major Indian holidays

Work Hours

  • The position requires the designer to work in Day Shift or UK shifts (12pm-9.30pm) on weekdays and sometimes over weekends on a need basis
  • Cab / Shuttle for pickup and drop
