Your Impact
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of McKinsey’s Digital Marketing Hub (DMH) and driving transformative outcomes for our clients.
Your role involves leading strategic client engagements, designing and executing innovative, data-driven digital marketing strategies across multiple paid channels, and delivering measurable business impact.
You will oversee a portfolio of high-value clients, lead cross-functional teams, and act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
Your Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution in engineering, business, media communications, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is strongly preferred
8+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing, with a proven track record of driving large-scale impact
Demonstrated success in managing multi-million-dollar digital media budgets and delivering measurable business outcomes
Experience advising senior executives and managing complex client relationships
Deep expertise in performance marketing, branding, and analytics, with hands-on experience across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and marketplaces
Proficiency in advanced analytics tools, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
A strategic thinker with a growth mindset, resilience, and a passion for solving complex challenges
A collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and inspires others to achieve their best
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
