We are seeking a talented individual to join our Business Support team at Mercer. This role will be based in Gurugram. This is a hybrid rule that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

About the role:

The ideal candidate for this role will excel if they can keep calm in a high-pressure environment. The candidate should have some relevant experience to the role that highlights their capability to conduct all the administrative work, making sure the delegate & CEO’s operations run smoothly.

We will count on you to:

  • Calendar Management: Meticulous control, coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, assist by performing a variety of administrative tasks, coordinate meetings and flow of information to senior management, as assigned.
  • Travel Management: Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, ground transportation and other logistics.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and schedule meetings, conferences, and events. Prepare meetings agendas, materials, and presentations as required.
  • Communication: Responsible for strong effective communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, preparing effective presentations and interfacing with clients on behalf of the CEO.
  • Data and Information Management: Effective document and record management – timely updating of all the records. Keep all information organized and easily accessible.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information wit utmost discretion and uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
  • KPI Management: Work with cross functional teams to collect business performance and KPI data, summarize & collate results, and follow up on actionable with each team
  • Special projects: Overseas and manage specific projects, such as company events, preparing reports and coordinating with other departments

What you need to have:

  • Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting senior -level executives or directors.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in using productivity tools and software, including MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with the individuals at all levels
