What role will you play?

In this role, you will lead QA activities for our Surveillance Technology products, focusing on robust automated frameworks for non-UI, integration, and back-end testing. You will collaborate closely with development, business, and project teams to translate requirements into comprehensive technical test plans, ensuring high quality, timely delivery across functional, regression, performance, security, and UAT testing. You will also maintain testing standards, manage environments, and act as the key QA representative for stakeholders.

What You Offer

  • Proven experience as a QA/Test Engineer with strong capability in designing and executing automation frameworks for functional, non functional, API, and integration testing.
  • Proficiency with automation tools such as Testsigma, Cypress, Postman, TestRigor, JMeter, Playwright, Cucumber, Selenium, and performance/database tools (e.g., HammerDB, SLOB, TOAD, Azure Data Factory).
  • Ability to develop automated test scripts in Python, Bash, Java, or SQL, including preparing synthetic test data for robust coverage and early defect detection.
  • Strong documentation skills, including test coverage, results, and defect analysis, using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Xray.
  • Effective communicator (written and verbal) and collaborative team player with experience working in Agile environments and contributing to enterprise-scale implementation projects.
  • Experience mentoring others in testing best practices, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
  • Experience in financial services or compliance projects, plus knowledge of data modelling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
