Problems We Are Solving:

Couples Today Seek Unique Experiences Over Generic Trips: Most travel companies offer generic itineraries leading to trips that feel impersonal and routine.

Scaling a Traditionally People-Heavy Business: We're tackling the scaling challenges that most travel package companies struggle with by leveraging Generative AI across our sales, operations, and marketing functions, achieving up to 5x improvements in efficiency.

Role Overview - EIR Operations

This is a chance to work directly with the leadership on key operations excellence projects.

Our goal is to have the best customer experience in the travel Industry and this role will help build the foundation. You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, analysing data, identifying gaps and directly driving improvements. To succeed in this role you should have exceptional executional skills and be great at leveraging new age GenAI tools like Claude.

Key Responsibilities

• Own multiple projects to improve customer experience
• Build analytical data streams to identify key areas for improvement
• Leverage AI to build Proof of Concept tools to improve productivity, efficiency and accuracy
• Work with product and tech to turn successful POCs into scalable deployed systems
• Define and improve SOPs and Processes; work with cross-functional teams to drive implementation

Preferred Background

• 2+ years of experience in consulting, analytics or a high growth organisation
• High on energy, Willing to go above and beyond whenever needed
• Undergraduate degree from top Delhi University colleges (e.g., LSR, SRCC, St. Stephen’s) or Tier 1 IITs/ NITS/ Bits Pilani
