Location: Gurugram


Role Overview:


This is a chance to work directly with one of our functional leaders on the most important problems facing the business across Sales, Growth, and Operations.

You'll be pointed at whatever matters most that quarter — a stuck conversion funnel, a manual ops bottleneck, a growth experiment that needs to scale — and asked to solve it, with AI as your default tool. You'll operate at the intersection of strategy and execution: diagnosing the real problem, designing the solution, and building it end to end.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Partner with a functional leader (Sales, Growth, or Operations) to identify the highest-impact problems and own them through to resolution
  • Solve those problems using AI — building workflows, automations, and tools that replace manual effort and scale what works
  • Diagnose root causes by analyzing data and process, not just symptoms
  • Prototype quickly, ship, measure, and iterate rather than producing decks that sit unused
  • Standardize and document solutions so they hold up after you've moved on to the next problem


Preferred Background:


  • 2–4 years of startup or consulting or equivalent problem-solving experience
  • Genuinely fluent with AI tools, and excited to use them as the first resort rather than a novelty
  • High energy; willing to go above and beyond whenever needed
  • Undergraduate degree from top Delhi University colleges (e.g., LSR, SRCC, St. Stephen's) or Tier 1 IITs / NITs / BITS Pilani
