Aramya is a 100 Cr+ NMV fashion & lifestyle company backed by Accel and Z47. We're building a customer-led portfolio: Aramya (daily wear), Tavira by Aramya (festive), and a new brand in stealth, going live in H2 2026.

Current Retail footprint: 16 stores in Bengaluru + 2 stores in Hyderabad (and a few more are yet to go live).

Opening next: Hyderabad and Chennai. Pune, Ahmedabad and Mumbai in the pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

As an EIR, you’ll work closely with the leadership team across various problem statements.

It is a hardcore 0 to 1 role. The learnings will be incomparable but it will test your grit and perseverance, so you should apply for this role only if

• You have an insatiable hunger to learn, and you see challenges as an opportunity to grow

• Your life stage permits you to give it your all (and a little more)

In 12-18 months, this role will transition into a Business/Product/Operations lead role.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Graduation from tier 1 college (IIT/NIT/BITS)

• 1 year to 5 years of work experience

• Strong problem-solving skills with a stronger bias for action

• Ability to absorb ambiguity and uncertainty
