Job Description

To ensure that Cabin Crew Training Record, documentation meet the regulatory and Department requirement.
Maintain individual personnel files and training records (SEP/FA/CRM/AVSEC/DGR/DRILLS)of all cabin crew and store all relevant training records in accordance with all the regulatory requirements.(record room)
Ensure upkeep of all cabin crew personal file.
Ensure all the training documents are correct and updated in the crew personal file post completion of the training.
To ensure all master file are updated with the original training document
Assist team in preparation for internal and external audits.
Liaise with various department for department personnel/external officers for flight booking and transport
Ensure classroom seating capacity is maintained as per the DGCA approval
To ensure all trainings Aids in the classroom are functional
Liaise with instructors for cabin crew training documents
Ensure Circulars are distributed to the initial cabin crew.
Ensure distribution of CCQRH and Ramp jacket to the initial cabin crew and to maintain the data for the same.
Maintain Training facility logbook including the record room.
Any other duties that may be assigned by Cabin Safety Training Manager.
