Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Disclosure Specialist with a strong background in mortgage processes, specifically in Initial Disclosures Preparation, Audit, and Review. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with our onshore team and demonstrate strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review Initial Disclosures for mortgage applications

Conduct audits of disclosure documents to ensure compliance with regulations

Collaborate with the onshore team to address any discrepancies or issues

Maintain accurate records of disclosures and audits

Provide training and support to junior team members as needed

Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to mortgage disclosures

Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Initial Disclosures within the mortgage industry

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and mortgage software applications

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
