Key Roles And Responsibilities

  • Own and drive end-to-end B2B sales strategy, execution, and revenue growth
  • Lead enterprise sales and corporate partnership initiatives across industries
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise accounts and strategic partnerships
  • Drive sales of corporate learning, executive education, and upskilling solutions
  • Develop relationships with CHROs, L&D Heads, and senior business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve acquisition, retention, and client outcomes
  • Design and implement sales KPIs, forecasting, and performance tracking systems
  • Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and growth channels
  • Lead commercial negotiations and close high-value enterprise deals
  • Partner with leadership on revenue planning, business growth, and market expansion

Competencies

  • Strong expertise in enterprise sales, consultative selling, and solution-based sales
  • Proven ability to build and scale high-performing B2B sales teams
  • Strong understanding of corporate learning, executive education, and workforce upskilling ecosystems
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue planning
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders including CHROs, L&D Heads, and business leaders
  • High ownership mindset with a focus on revenue growth and business outcomes

Who Should Apply

  • 10–15 years of experience in B2B Sales, Enterprise Sales, Business Development, or Revenue Leadership roles
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing large enterprise deals
  • Experience in EdTech, Executive Education, or Higher Education, with exposure to selling learning, certification, or workforce upskilling solutions preferred
  • MBA preferred
