Digilytics AI - Senior Technical Implementation Engineer

About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and technically strong Technical lead to join our SaaS product implementation team. This role involves working closely with clients, internal support/CI-CD teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to configure and deploy our Azure-based SaaS solutions. You will also contribute to building operational data structures and reports that support ongoing client success.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to understand requirements and configure the SaaS product accordingly.
• Have experience in team lead.
• Collaborate with support and CI/CD teams to ensure seamless deployments and stable
  
  

operations.

• Participate in cross-functional team discussions to align product setups with client expectations and business outcomes.
• Implement and customize features using a technical understanding of Java, Python, SQL, and Azure services.
• Develop Operational Data Stores (ODS) and custom reports to support client-specific use cases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with support and development teams.
• Ensure clear and timely client communication across all phases of the Skills and Experience :
• 3+ years of experience in a technical implementation or development role within a SaaS or cloud-based environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure, and working knowledge of Java, Python, and SQL.
• Demonstrated ability to work across client-facing and internal delivery/support teams.
• Experience in setting up/configuring SaaS products as per custom client requirements.
• Background in building reports and operational data stores to support client operations.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; confident in engaging with clients and senior Background :
• A Bachelors degree, or equivalent, preferably in Software Engineering and Computer Science
