What would you do?

• You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
• Join the Finance Operations vertical to help determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data and reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions. The role supports working-capital optimization, real-time visibility, end-to-end revenue and cash-flow management, and streamlined billing processes across the customer inquiry, sales order, delivery, and invoicing cycle.
• An end-to-end process that addresses all aspects of collecting cash from initial order receipt and credit authorization to collections and revenue assurance activities. What are we looking for?

• Willingness to work rotational shifts. Roles and Responsibilities:
• Create and issue customer invoices and review debit notes to identify process gaps.
• Handle invoicing, Reconciliation, collections, accounts receivable, resolving for unapplied cash reconciliation.
• Support cash application activities, including customer query resolution, coordination with customers, application of unapplied cash, suspense account reconciliation, and processing from payment receipt through finalization.
• Follow up with the sales Client team for reasons behind debit notes and unrecognized revenue.
• Analyze and solve moderately complex problems.
• Create new solutions by leveraging and, when needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.
• Understand the strategic direction set by senior management and align work with team goals.
• Interact with the direct supervisor, peers, and management levels within Accenture or at a client.
• Determine methods and procedures for new assignments with guidance.
• Make decisions that may affect the immediate team.
• Manage small teams and or work efforts, including when serving in an individual contributor role.
