Delivery Manager-Project Manager

n Candidates should have a B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

n 7+ years of project management experience in technology transformation, with at least 4 years in banking or financial services.

n Proven delivery of large ‑ scale app and data modernization (.NET, SQL Server, cloud migration, reporting), migrating to

containerized .NET or Python applications; working knowledge of modern stacks such as React and Python.

n Strong command of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies, and tools including MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.

n Deep trading application experience, preferably FX derivatives; engineering ‑ management background preferred.

n DevOps and cloud readiness expertise, including SDLC/DevOps, application architecture, on‑prem monetization, cloud

enablement, and strong data governance, security, and financial‑services compliance.

n Experience with regulatory/compliance-driven environments (e.g., BCBS239, DORA).

n Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.

n Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive outcomes in a matrixed organization.

n PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.

n Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments.
