Delivery Lead - Financial Modelling

Key Responsibilities:

• Support a QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) client with monthly FP&A activities and analytical reporting
• Prepare, analyze, and present financial and operational performance reports on a periodic basis
• Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards to track key financial and operational KPIs
• Perform budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to identify key business drivers
• Identify, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for strategic decision-making
• Build and maintain comprehensive financial models from scratch, covering scenarios such as LBOs, mergers, re-franchising, etc.
• Conduct sensitivity and scenario analysis to evaluate business strategies and investment decisions
• Support portfolio management activities, including but not limited to, return calculations (IRR, MOIC, HPR, Total Return) and fee computations (management fee, performance fee)
• Engage in regular client interaction, addressing queries and delivering ad-hoc analytical support.
  
  

• CFA/ MBA in Strategy, Finance, Operations or Economics
• 4-5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, preferably across industries
• At least ~1-2 years of experience in managing a team, as well as, directly communicating with clients. Experience in managing client communications solo will be considered an added advantage
• Experience in handling projects independently
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills, as evidenced by extensive experience in utilizing those skills in research and consulting environment. Adept at synthesizing information to generate insights
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (dashboards, financial models, complex formulas)
• Deep understanding of financial statements and accounting principles (GAAP)
