Designation: Delivery Lead

Office Location: Gurgaon

Position Description:

The job role is in the Private Markets division at Acuity, one of the fastest growing segments within the firm. This opportunity is ideal for a private equity /investment banking / strategy consulting professional who is interested in working with leading global private equity funds and corporations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage Market Data vendor relationships with limited supervision; Contract negotiation, commercial structuring, vendor relationship management (not procurement operations) and understand licensing structures
• Monthly reporting around spend, savings tracking, renewals, utilization and vendor activity
• Vendor profiling and renewal analysis for leadership briefings
• Contract consolidation: reduce fragmented renewal dates and master agreements to a single, standardized structure per vendor
• Gap identification and closure across the vendor portfolio
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities while ensuring accuracy and completeness of AP-related reporting.
• Manage internal and external audit requirements, ensuring timely closure of observations and continuous strengthening of control frameworks.
• Drive strategic initiatives, process transitions, and change management programs to support business growth and operational scalability.
• Provide leadership updates and actionable insights to senior management through data-driven analysis and performance reporting.
  
  

Additional Responsibilities:

• MBA / B.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter) / CMA or equivalent qualification.
• 8+ years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement and Finance Operations.
• Proven experience managing teams and leading large-scale AP operations.
• Strong understanding of AP lifecycle, vendor management, controls, and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Experience in reporting and dashboarding tools such as Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
