Key Responsibilities

• Deliver packages to customers promptly and safely across Sector 51, Gurgaon.
• Maintain accurate records of delivery activities and report any issues.
• Ensure the safe handling of all packages during transportation.
• Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on delivery status.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while on duty.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
• Collect payments from customers when required and ensure accurate transactions.
• Coordinate with the Flipkart team to manage delivery routes and schedules.
• Assist in loading and unloading packages from the delivery vehicle.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any delivery-related inquiries.
  
  

• Must have a valid driver's license and a two-wheeler.
• Good knowledge of the local area and routes in Gurugram.
• Ability to read and understand delivery instructions and addresses.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and the Flipkart team.
• Physically fit and able to handle packages of various sizes and weights.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Basic smartphone knowledge to use navigation and delivery apps.
• Previous delivery experience is a plus but not mandatory.
