As part of the Data and Analytics team you will design, develop, and deploy predictive models and analytical solutions that drive insights for the pharma industry. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain standards while focusing on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of business context. This position provides an exciting opportunity to work extensively with Pharma Claims Data and contribute to commercial analytics initiatives.

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied statistics
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Data Science
• Relevant certifications in Data Science, Cloud, or Machine Learning technologies preferred
• Excelling in machine learning frameworks and methodologies
• Analyzing and integrating large-scale datasets effectively
• Developing and deploying predictive models in client environments
• Communicating insights through data storytelling
• Staying updated with advancements in AI and data science
• Collaborating with stakeholders to translate problems into solutions
• Hands-on experience with SAS and advanced SQL
