Customer Support Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Intern to assist with daily customer interactions and data management. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers on a daily basis (minimum 60–70 calls per day)
• Handle basic customer queries and provide accurate information
• Maintain and update customer data in Excel sheets regularly
• Track call outcomes and ensure proper documentation of each interaction
• Follow up with customers when required
• Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution
  
  

• Good verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet daily call targets
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Prior internship or calling experience is a plus (not mandatory)
