ROLE OVERVIEW

Concentrix is hiring Customer Support Executives for a Financial Voice Process. Candidates with prior Contact Centre experience and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Contact Centre / Customer Support

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities

• Comfortable working in a voice-based process

• Good typing and basic computer skills

• Ability to handle customer queries professionally
