Job Description
Customer Success Associate – Kefi Commerce
Salary: ₹3,00,000 per annum
Shift: Night shift (US/UK/Australia hours)
Location: Remote
Manage and grow top client accounts by building strong relationships, handling chats & video calls, and driving revenue from existing users. You’ll develop deep product knowledge and provide technical support to ensure customer success.
- Experience working with a Shopify app developer/company or a SaaS company
- Prior experience serving US/UK clients
- Comfortable working night shifts
- Ability to quickly understand and explain a technical product
- Excellent communication skills (written & spoken English)
