Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. This role requires a deep understanding of how to translate business requirements into functional software solutions, ensuring that the applications developed align with organizational goals. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application features and optimize performance, while also adapting to evolving business environments and technological advancements. The engineer actively participates in the full software development lifecycle, from initial concept through deployment and ongoing support, ensuring seamless integration and user satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Time Management.
• Strong knowledge of time management processes within SAP Human Capital Management modules.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP HCM Time Management components to meet business requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to time management functionalities.
• Familiarity with integration points between SAP HCM Time Management and other SAP modules or external systems.
• Skilled in analyzing business processes and translating them into effective SAP solutions.
