Working within an Agile framework, the engineer collaborates across projects of varying sizes and complexities to drive meaningful outcomes and enhance overall project value.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth of junior team members.
  
  
  

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Servicenow Tools Administration.
• Experience in managing and configuring ServiceNow modules to optimize platform performance.
• Strong understanding of IT service management processes and their implementation within ServiceNow.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation within the ServiceNow environment to enhance workflows.
