We are looking for a dedicated and patient-focused Associate Doctor (Cosmetologist) to support dermatologists in delivering high-quality skin, hair, and aesthetic treatments. The role is suited for a qualified medical professional with hands-on experience in cosmetology or aesthetic clinics and a strong interest in medical aesthetics.

You will work closely with senior dermatologists, assist with procedures, counsel patients, conduct skin assessments, and deliver treatments as permitted by your qualifications and level of training.

• Counsel patients regarding dermatologist-recommended skin, hair, and aesthetic treatments.
• Conduct detailed skin assessments and assist in developing personalised treatment plans.
• Assist senior dermatologists during clinical procedures, aesthetic treatments, and surgeries as required.
• Perform approved cosmetology and aesthetic procedures independently or under appropriate supervision.
• Support treatments such as laser-based procedures and other medical aesthetic services based on qualifications and training.
• Explain treatment procedures, expected outcomes, precautions, and aftercare instructions to patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and follow-up documentation.
• Monitor patient progress and coordinate follow-up consultations.
• Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, hygiene, and clinical professionalism.
• Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, products, and techniques in medical aesthetics.
• Collaborate with dermatologists and clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery.
• Participate in relevant clinic activities, patient engagement initiatives, and promotional events when required.
• Contribute to a positive patient experience and maintain high levels of patient satisfaction.

• 1+ year of experience in cosmetology, dermatology, medical aesthetics, or a skin and hair clinic environment.
• Degree in MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS, or another relevant recognised medical qualification.
• Relevant certification or training in medical aesthetics, such as laser hair removal, Botox, fillers, or related procedures, is preferred.
• Practical exposure to skin, hair, laser, cosmetic, or aesthetic treatments.
• Experience working in established dermatology, cosmetology, wellness, or aesthetic clinic environments is an advantage.
• Strong patient counselling and communication skills.
• Professional, empathetic, and confident approach when interacting with patients.
• Good understanding of clinical documentation, patient follow-up, and treatment protocols.
• Ability to work effectively under the guidance of senior dermatologists while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to patient safety and quality care.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment with extended operating hours.
• Passion for skincare, cosmetology, medical aesthetics, and continuous professional development.
