Roles & Responsibilities

Write and edit content across multiple formats, including websites, blogs, and client decks, while ensuring brand tone, quality, and accuracy.Liaise directly with clients to understand content requirements, incorporate feedback, and manage delivery timelines.Coordinate with internal SEO and Design teams to ensure content deliverables are completed on schedule.Support account servicing activities, including status reports, follow-ups, and day-to-day client coordination.

Desired Skills & Experience

6 months–1 year of experience in Content Writing and/or Client Servicing. (Prior agency experience preferred)Strong written English communication skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail.Comfortable working directly with clients and managing communication professionally.Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
