At 𝗜𝗖𝗚 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹, we’re looking for an experienced 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 – 𝗨𝗞 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 who can lead compliance operations, strengthen regulatory standards, and drive high performance across multiple teams.
🔎𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗕𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝗿?
▪️ Lead and oversee multiple compliance functions, including Registration, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Audit.
▪️ Manage and mentor team leaders and compliance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
▪️ Ensure healthcare professionals’ compliance files are processed accurately and in accordance with applicable UK healthcare regulatory requirements.
▪️ Oversee risk assessments, internal audits, quality checks, and corrective actions to address compliance gaps.
▪️ Develop, review, and implement compliance policies, procedures, and operational controls.
▪️ Handle escalations, complaints, regulatory reporting, and audit-related requirements.
▪️ Monitor team performance, operational KPIs, and quality standards to ensure consistent delivery.
🎯𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝗪𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿?
✅ Proven experience in 𝗨𝗞 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, preferably within healthcare staffing or recruitment.
✅ 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗨𝗞 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀.
✅ Demonstrated experience managing teams, team leaders, and multiple compliance functions.
✅ Hands-on exposure to quality assurance, auditing, risk management, and regulatory documentation.
