Coralogix is rebuilding the path to observability using a real-time streaming analytics pipeline that provides monitoring, visualization, and alerting capabilities without the burden of indexing.
By enabling users to define different data pipelines per use case, we provide deep Observability and Security insights, at an infinite scale, for less than half the cost.
What You’ll Do
Work closely with customers and Coralogix TAMs to understand existing monitoring setups (Grafana, Splunk, New Relic, DataDog etc.) and recreate, improve, and automate alerts and dashboards in Coralogix.
Key Responsibilities
Observability Implementation
Understand customer use cases (alerts, dashboards, log parsing) from existing platforms
Rebuild and optimize them in Coralogix
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and best practices
Alert & Dashboard Creation
Design alerts and dashboards based on real-world use cases
Work with metrics, logs, and queries (PromQL, Dataprime, Lucene)
Improve monitoring quality and reduce noise
Migration & Conversion {Key Deliverable}
Migrate alerts, dashboards, and parsing rules from tools like Datadog, Splunk, etc.
Translate queries and logic into Coralogix-compatible formats
Automation (Key Focus Area)
Build scripts/tools to automate alert and dashboard conversion
Standardize and scale migration processes
Reduce manual effort through reusable frameworks
Leverage GenAI (LLMs) to build intelligent tooling for conversion, validation, and documentation
Data Exploration & Troubleshooting (Core Skill)
Search and analyze logs, metrics, and traces across observability platforms
Identify patterns, validate implementations, and troubleshoot issues
Customer & TAM Collaboration
Work directly with customers and Coralogix TAMs
Gather requirements, clarify use cases, and drive execution
Provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure successful delivery
Documentation & Enablement
Document use cases, dashboards, and alert logic, timely status reporting to key stakeholders
Share best practices and support training sessions
Requirements
2+ years in Observability / DevOps / Monitoring roles
Experience with tools like Coralogix,Datadog, Grafana, Splunk, etc.
Strong ability to search and analyze logs/metrics in any observability platform
Strong understanding of alerts, dashboards, and monitoring concepts
Experience with scripting/automation (Python preferred)
Exposure to GenAI/LLMs for building automation or developer tools
Basic knowledge of PromQL (or similar query languages)
Familiarity with cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Kubernetes
Strong debugging and analytical skills
Ability to work with customers and cross-functional teams (including TAMs)
Good communication skills
