Program Overview

The Circle K Global Rotational Program (CK Compass) offers a unique opportunity to accelerate career growth and business acumen. During three to four immersive yearlong rotations in North America, Europe, and India, youll gain practical experience in key business functions, mentorship, and blended learning through both in-person and virtual development. This experience will prepare you for future leadership roles. Successfully completing the program opens the door to a fast-paced, exciting career at Circle K!

Potential Rotation Areas: Rotations are selected based on business needs and your interests. Willingness to relocate is essential, and relocation support is available.

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum 3.0 GPA required)
• 0-3 Years of Experience with premium institute
• Relevant professional experience or internships
• Geographic flexibility within regions (North America,Europe and India). Willingness to relocate is mandatory during the program.
