Position Summary

The role of Chief Manager Strategy Initiatives, is a high-impact leadership role at the heart of Resonia’s transformation journey, offering direct executive exposure and the opportunity to shape the company’s growth agenda. The successful candidate will lead strategic programs, work on business development opportunities in technology-enabled execution, and deliver measurable outcomes across digital adoption, IRR improvement, and execution enablement.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Strategic Development: Spearhead Resonia’s flagship transformation program - Sankalp, by providing strategic oversight from conception to execution, aligning initiatives with organizational priorities and delivering measurable impact.
• Drive Growth Initiatives: Drive build out for the new tech EPC entity by identifying key enablers, building partner relationships, and positioning Resonia as a trusted partner in sustainable infrastructure solutions.
• Govern Transformation and Integration: Establish robust governance frameworks to measure strategic impact, delivering clear insights and timely updates to senior leadership for data-driven decisions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, industry partners, and act as strategic advisor, advancing Resonia’s growth agenda.
