Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary

As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the implementation of new workflows and technologies. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to define detailed product requirements and use cases that align with both process and functional needs. The position also includes engaging in user and task analysis to accurately represent business demands, ensuring that solutions are well-tailored to organizational objectives. Throughout the day, the architect balances strategic planning with practical insights to drive effective process improvements and technology integration.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
  • Lead the development and refinement of process documentation to ensure clarity and usability across departments.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to align project goals and deliverables.
  • Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Professional & Technical Skills

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce DevOps.
  • Experience with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines related to Salesforce environments.
  • Strong understanding of process automation and configuration management within Salesforce platforms.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues across multiple Salesforce instances.
  • Familiarity with scripting and metadata management to support efficient DevOps practices.

Additional Information

  • The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Salesforce DevOps.
  • This position is based at our Gurugram office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
