Job Description:

• We’re looking for a Business Finance Executive who can work closely with our Operations and Business teams to understand where we make money, where we lose it, and what needs to change.
• You’ll work across P&L, unit economics, budgeting, revenue and cost analysis, turning operating data into decisions.
• This is a high-pressure, zero-handholding environment. No task is beneath you if it moves the mission forward. We move fast, set a high bar, and we’re not for everyone.
• This is an in-person role (Monday–Saturday) at our Gurgaon HQ.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Track P&L, unit economics and profitability across customers, stores and business lines.
• Analyse revenue, costs and margins to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Own budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Partner with Operations and Business teams on pricing, cost optimisation and commercial decisions.
• Maintain management MIS and dashboards across key financial metrics.
• Build financial models for new customers, cities and business initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years in Business Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance or Financial Analysis. MBA / Master’s in Finance preferred.
• Strong understanding of P&L, unit economics and budgeting.
• Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills and comfort working with large datasets. Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and ownership.
• Comfortable working closely with Operations and challenging assumptions when the numbers don’t add up.
