Role Overview-

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to drive affiliate and performance marketing growth for our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will identify, pitch, and onboard new affiliate partners across international markets while building strong, long-term relationships. This role combines sales, relationship management, and digital marketing expertise to expand our affiliate network and maximize performance-driven results.

Key Responsibilities

• -Identify, pitch, and onboard new affiliate partners across global market
• sBuild and maintain relationships with affiliates, networks, and strategic partner
• sDevelop and execute sales strategies to grow the affiliate partner bas
• eCollaborate with internal teams to align affiliate promotions with marketing goal
• sTrack, analyse, and report performance metrics to optimize result
• sStay updated on digital marketing trends, industry best practices, and competitor strategie

sRequirements

• -2–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing sales, or business developmen
• tProven track record in sales, negotiation, and relationship managemen
• tExperience selling digital marketing services (Websites, SEO, SEM, Social Media) preferre
• dStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skill
• sSelf-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environmen
• tFamiliarity with affiliate platforms like Awin, CJ, Impact, and ShareASale is a plu
