Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – US IT Staffing

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Shift: Night Shift (US Hours 07:00 PM To 04:00 AM)

Experience: 3–5 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Cab Facility (only for Female Within Hiring Zone )

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and market research.Acquire and manage direct clients for US IT staffing services.Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers.Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams to deliver qualified candidates.Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements with clients.Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.Prepare business proposals, presentations, and client reports.

Mandatory Requirements

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Willingness to work in night shifts (US business hours).Proven track record of achieving business development and revenue targets.Ability to work from the Gurgaon office.
