Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Outreach

Identify, qualify, and nurture prospects across industries aligned with our brand and training offerings.

2. Market Research & Analysis

Understand industry trends, target sectors, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

3. CRM & Pipeline Management

Maintain detailed records of interactions, opportunities, and client updates using CRM tools.

4. Client Interaction & Service

Coordinate with prospective clients, understand their needs, and offer relevant solutions aligned with our programs.

5. Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with the content, consulting, and marketing teams to align strategies and provide periodic performance reports.


What Were Looking For

3–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition roles (experience in training, branding, or consulting sectors is a plus).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Zoho.

A self-starter who can work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical mindset to interpret data, improve funnels, and drive results.

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
