Supporting transformational efforts by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring that business objectives are met with practical and sustainable outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of business processes by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
