We are looking for Business Application Specialist

As a Business Application Specialist, you will absorb all functionality of Siemens Mobility’s Software as a Service (SaaS) solution for railway customers. Next to that you are the first point of contact for our customers. Through various channels (Slack, JIRA, email) incidents and questions will be your responsibility and need to be resolved according to our SLA agreements. You know how to analyse the customer’s questions and offer them a solution because you know all the ins and outs of Siemens’ SaaS solution and are also familiar with our customer’s business.

You make sure you stay informed about the development of Siemens’ SaaS solution to be able to help our customers in the best way possible. By using the available tooling and through direct contact with the international development teams, you will not stop until you have come to a complete solution for our customer.

When new developments are required for a question, you know how to collect the necessary information so that one of the development teams can develop a solution.

According to your experience, you can act as a service manager for one or more customers and become their spokesperson on the operational side. You will receive extensive training in Europe for Siemens Mobility’s SaaS solution and bring back the knowhow to Indonesia to be the first point of contact for our customers.

• Quick and adequate answering of functional and technical questions from our customers and consultants
• You stay up to date on the changes/improvements of our software, to be able to help the customer as adequately as possible
• Sharing knowledge with fellow business application specialists through documentation and meetings.
  
  

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• Excellent communicative and customer-oriented skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Experience in a similar position and/or working with software products is a benefit
• Experience in supporting customers in writing
• Proactive attitude and can perform under pressure
• Strong dose of inquisitiveness and curiosity;
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is a benefit. Self-motivated, highly driven and results focused
