HIRING | BUSINESS ANALYST – FINANCE TRANSFORMATION

Gurugram | On-site

Experience: 8+ Years

CTC: Up to ₹24 LPA

Duration: 12 Months

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support Finance Transformation initiatives, primarily across Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Record-to-Report (R2R). The role will bridge business stakeholders, programme teams and technology vendors.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

• Finance Business Analysis & Transformation

• R2R process experience

• S2P / Finance ERP Transformation

• Requirements gathering & documentation

• Current & future-state process analysis

• Finance process design

• Stakeholder management & workshops

• ERP implementation / solution evaluation

• Vendor coordination

• Excellent communication skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead requirements gathering across S2P/R2R

• Analyse current processes and define target operating models

• Conduct stakeholder workshops

• Document requirements and maintain traceability

• Support solution design, testing and implementation

• Coordinate with vendors and programme teams

• Identify process standardisation, simplification and automation opportunities

• Align transformation initiatives with business objectives

• Support benefits realisation and business readiness

• Contribute to future-state finance capabilities
