Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business agility practices with organizational objectives.
• Support the development and implementation of transformation roadmaps that enable sustainable change.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.
• Strong understanding of integration frameworks and middleware technologies related to SAP Successfactors.
• Experience in designing, developing, and supporting integration solutions within complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP Successfactors integrations.
