About The Opportunity

A high-impact, fast-scaling HR tech and executive search firm operating across India’s high-growth sectors—tech, fintech, logistics, and deep-tech startups—we specialize in hard-core, volume-driven recruitment and end-to-end HR operations for mission-critical hires. Mindtel bridges talent gaps at speed, precision, and scale, combining data-led sourcing, compliance rigor, and field-based hiring execution to fuel our clients’ hypergrowth. We don’t just fill roles—we build hiring engines. Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment operations: from sourcing strategy, ATS pipeline management, and interview coordination to offer negotiation and onboarding for 50+ roles/month across pan-India.
  • Build and manage high-performing field recruitment teams—train, mentor, and scale 20+ recruiters across 3+ cities under strict SLAs and quality KPIs.
  • Partner with client HR and hiring managers to define role benchmarks, create scorecards, and align hiring workflows with business velocity.
  • Optimize hiring funnel metrics: reduce time-to-fill by 30%, improve offer-to-accept rate to 85%+, and maintain 95%+ candidate experience CSAT.
  • Own HR operations for Mindtel’s internal workforce—onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance, and policy execution for 100+ employees across hybrid workplaces.
  • Deploy tech stack (LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Zoho Recruit, MS Teams) to automate scheduling, track pipeline health, and generate real-time recruitment analytics.
