BIM Architect

About The Role

We are looking for a BIM Architect with 2–3 years of experience in commercial projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing architectural BIM models, preparing drawings, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting the successful delivery of projects in accordance with BIM standards and project requirements.

• Develop and maintain detailed architectural BIM models using Revit Architecture.
• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, plans, sections, elevations, and details.
• Coordinate architectural models with Structural and MEP disciplines.
• Identify and assist in resolving clashes and coordination issues using Navisworks or similar BIM coordination tools.
• Prepare design development and construction documentation as required.
• Ensure BIM models and drawings comply with project standards, specifications, and BIM Execution Plans.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, BIM coordinators, and other project stakeholders.
• Assist in model reviews and ensure accuracy and quality of BIM deliverables.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support the team in resolving technical issues.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in architectural BIM modeling.
• Strong hands-on experience in Revit Architecture and AutoCAD.
• Basic knowledge of Navisworks and BIM coordination processes.
• Good understanding of architectural design, construction drawings, and detailing.
• Experience in commercial projects such as offices, hotels, hospitals, retail, or mixed-use developments is preferred.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, modeling practices, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
