Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and craft professional bid proposals aligned with client requirements and company capabilities.
• Conduct comprehensive research to gather information and understand client needs and industry trends.
• Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of proposals.
• Manage multiple bid deadlines efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date bid library and proposal templates for future reference.
• Assist in reviewing feedback on bids for continuous improvement of proposal quality.
  
  

• Must-Have
• Proposal writing and bid management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong research and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and project management tools
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously
• Preferred
• Experience with government or large corporate tenders
